My signature coaching model, based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). When I help you to change your mindset and teach you to challenge those old, harmful and critical narratives you’ve been holding onto as a dieter, you can begin learning to be the master of your own mind; and when you can master your thoughts and emotions, you can heal your relationship to food and your body even faster.
